Local author talks new book ‘The Cape Fear Area Painted’
WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – As summer approaches, some may say the Cape Fear region is in its prettiest season.
Local author Jodie Rippy joined us in the WECT Studio to share more about her new book, ‘The Cape Fear Area Painted.’
Rippy has been a painter for over 35 years. She says that as time passed, her paintings have evolved, which inspired her to create this book.
The book is available at the Cameron Art Museum, Airlie Moon, Protocol, and Spruced.
Ripply also has a website and studio for her art.
