What does it take to become an effective and successful author or writer? In this interview series, called “5 Things You Need To Be A Successful Author or Writer” we are talking to successful authors and writers who can share lessons from their experiences.

As part of this series, I had the pleasure of interviewing Sofia Ulrikson. Sofia is a published author and online writer based in Oslo, Norway. Currently, she is working on her degree at the University of Oslo to become a clinical therapist. It is her desire not only to write and share stories about people and mental health, but also to read inspiring books and listen to the unique narratives of the individuals she encounters through her work and social spheres.
